Just helping out a fellow Deviant Art user, who apparently, has a problem with someone, using their content (on a Wattpad account) against their will, by reposting her journal on the issue: I don't know what to say -.-
Don't harass the one that's been using  these images without a permission, but don't support them either. Support the real creator of this OC if you are a fan.
